At Rivva, we keep delivery simple, fast, and reliable. All orders are shipped exclusively within the United Kingdom, ensuring a smooth experience from checkout to arrival.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically arrives within 2 – 5 days once shipped. This applies to UK addresses only.

Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the expected window, occasional courier or regional delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived after 4 days from dispatch, reach out and we’ll look into it immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Rivva cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect customer information.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier to resolve the issue.
