Two simple ways to measure at home, using things you already have.
Method 1 - String or paper strip
- Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on. Mark the point where it overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match your measurement to the Circumference column in the size chart below.
Method 2 - An existing ring you already own
- Take a ring that already fits the intended finger well.
- Measure the inner diameter (straight across the inside, not around the outside) with a ruler.
- Match your measurement to the Diameter column in the size chart below.

Measure at the end of the day.
Fingers swell slightly later in the day, so measuring then gives a more reliable everyday fit.
Avoid measuring in the cold.
Cold temperatures make fingers shrink, so measure at a normal room temperature for an accurate result.
Fits snug by design
The ring needs steady skin contact for proper readings, so if you're between sizes, choose the slightly larger one.
